It was easy to schedule – straight forward – the guys were quick and the price was worth the detox from “stuff.” I’m a working mom and don’t have time to load and drive everything to goodwill or the dump. This was an immense help!
They were great from a logistical point of view. Scheduling was easy, they came when they said they would and called when they were close to arrival, they responded to email when I had to get a contract signed and returned to our property landlord, they were quiet when they needed to be, the left the place neat and clean, they were friendly and professional. Eric was the team lead onsite and he was really great about communicating and following through. I would use them again. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I feel like it was a little expensive (breaking down, removing and discarding 12 office work stations for $1, 100). But they also did a lot of work. Another reason I liked Eric is because they charge by the truck load, and he estimated well and packed the trucks just perfectly like a jigsaw puzzle trying to make everything fit exactly.
I had been contemplating doing a massive clean up of my house for the past few years, but every time I looked at my shed, I was very discouraged. One day I was driving in San Jose and I saw a Junk King truck and looked them up on Yelp, they had awesome reviews and now I know why! I scheduled my free estimate and the guys arrived and gave me a quote that I couldn’t resist. It took all the strength and will-power in me to finally clean out the shed and do a massive purge of all the rooms in the house. Scheduling the guys to come pick up my stuff was a breeze, Louis and Lolo were on time, courteous, and patient. I couldn’t be more happy with their excellent service. I will definitely call on Junk King in the future for all my hauling needs!

Best price in town. They beat another well-known competitor’s price by almost 50%. Antonio showed up on time, cleaned up well and was very professional.
We couldn’t have had any better experience with a huge, ugly job than we had with Junk King. After my mother in law’s passing, we had the chore of clearing out a house that had 70 years of accumulation in it. It was a dirty, ginormous task. Kevin Zouzounis, the owner of Junk King in San Jose coordinated with the San Francisco Junk King to help us out. All the workers involved were timely, friendly, efficient, and cost effective. They actually seemed to enjoy their work! This task we dreaded for so long, turned out to be so much smoother and pain free thanks to JUNK KING! Highly recommend this company to anyone needing to clean up and get rid of their junk and more!
I really really wish I could remember the names of the two guys Junk King sent out, because they were awesome; cleaning out my mom’s house and after Good Will came and the family took what they wanted, there was still a pile of stuff left. Junk King sent out a crew, they were on-time (even early! And they called to confirm the appointment), gave me an very fair estimate and got to work. A couple hours later they had loaded up the truck and left, all very nice and neat and efficient. Extremely satisfied with their service.
