I had a few items that I needed to have removed from my old apartment as I had recently moved into a new home and had no place for the stuff. I wanted to donate a couple of them but they were too large for most places to accept and I had no means of getting them to a donation center on my own. As I had a very small window of time to get these items out of my hands, I finally resorted to Yelp and found Junkman Enterprises. When I first called, I spoke with Boyd and he was very friendly and thorough in explaining the pricing system to me. He put me on their schedule for the earliest available appointment that I could accommodate. When the delivery day arrived, Ethan called about half an hour earlier than I expected to see if they could stop by ahead of schedule as they were making better time than anticipated. I wasn’t able to meet them earlier but it was nice that they gave me the opportunity. They arrived on time, were very professional and careful with moving the items so as not to damage the items or the walls, etc… As I had been quoted for half a truck load they kept to their word even though my four piece sectional sofa was bigger than they anticipated. All around, it was a great experience and worth the money. I’d use them again without hesitation.
I live in a apartment. Needed to get rid of a box spring and mattress. Junkman could pick up the same week. They were on time. and the two young guys that came for the pickup were very careful moving the items out. They were efficient and funny!!! The price was very reasonable. I’d use this business again.
Junkman helped me get rid of an entire condo full of unwanted furniture, left by previous tenants. They filled almost 2 truckloads with furniture, including a huge TV, 3 sofa/recliners, 3 love seats, dressers, an entertainment center, an large armoire and countless other heavy pieces of furniture. The men were professional, helpful and courteous throughout. A great experience! Definitely 5 stars!
Quick, efficient, reasonably priced, exceedingly courteous – what more could you ask for? We had 3/4 truck amount of trash and debris from a previous tenant. I initially emailed through their website, but after 24 hours, I called them and left a voicemail. They called back the next morning (Saturday) and the trash was gone by that same afternoon. If requested, they will take before and after photos (I wasn’t at the location at the time of hauling). Prices at the South Metro/Englewood Waste Management Transfer Station is $60-$80 per pickup truck, so the $359 I paid (equivalent to 3 pickups) was very reasonable.
